Beloved, in our effort to own our lives and never relinquish it to luck, we must learn to discover our values. Values are the essence of what makes and defines us. It communicates to us who we are and what we represent. So, we need to discover it, hold it to the highest conduct and live true to it.
SCRIPTURE: Fear not, therefore; you are of more value than many sparrows. (Matthew 10:31 ESV)
REFRESHING FOR THE DAY: Another guiding principle is “being true to yourself”. This is accessing yourself, finding your passion and releasing it to fly. It also entails knowing your strengths and grabbing them, and your weaknesses to uncover and start working on them. And then again, free yourself. You don’t put your life on hold, you learn to find freedom to express it. Let go of relationships that do not serve you, spend more time with the people that enable you and would bring out the best in you. Let go of unhappy past and let in life full of impossibilities. Stay Refreshed!
NOTE THIS: To own your life, you don’t put it on hold, you learn to find freedom to express it and let it fly.
RESPONSIBILITY: So, learn to discover your values and grow them and run with them.
PRAYER: O LORD, give me the grace to discover and grow my values; help me to express them in my life, in the name of Jesus’ Amen! (Go ahead and pray for other intentions as the Spirit leads)
