It has been established that whoever we are today and will become tomorrow is a product of our mind, (Prov. 23:7). And when we empower our mind, it changes the way we think, it changes our perspectives, and affects our life (Matt 4:17). Now, let us drive through simple, realistic, yet biblical steps on how to empower our mind to become successful.
SCRIPTURE: Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind… (Romans 12:2) ESV
REFRESHING FOR THE DAY: Many people are often looking for a productivity shortcut to achieve success. But the truth of the matter is, success doesn’t come easy, it takes a lot of hard work and perseverance. So beloved, the first step you must take to empower your mind to become successful is to create a new mind (Eph 2:23-24). The present state of your mind is an accumulation of the past childhood ideas and attitudes you have established over the years.
Who you are today is a product of your mind of yesteryears. You need to format your mind, get rid of some certain decayed beliefs that are not working in your life and create a brand-new mind full of possibilities. A mind that allows you to create the life God wants for you. A mind that substantiates and corroborates with your stand in Christ Jesus (Phil 2:5). You may feel uncomfortable as you go through this process, but it will be worth it. We shall continue tomorrow, but till then, always stay refreshed!
