So, beloved, the unsought pressure and unsolicited tension of difficult times can be so tough and devastating. It’s easy to feel unstable and uncertain. But the undiluted promise and assurance of the very last words of Isaiah 41:10 is so comforting. God says, “I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” When God assures us that He will uphold us with His righteous right hand, it signifies His unwavering support. His right hand represents His strength and authority. Just as a loving parent holds their child’s hand to guide and protect them, God holds us in His mighty hand, ensuring our safety and security.

REFRESHING FOR THE DAY: The promise signifies God’s righteousness and justice. God is not only powerful but also perfectly just. When we face challenges or injustices, we can trust that God, in His righteousness, will ultimately bring about justice and make things right. He will shield us from the attacks of the enemy, whether they be physical, emotional, or spiritual. When we face adversity, we can trust that God is our protector, keeping us safe from harm.
