Nothing is so frustrating and depressing like living a life with no relevance. Relevance is the state of being relevant. Relevance in life is the significance and true meaning of life. So, finding relevance in life is discovering the true essence and importance of life, and living by it. A life void of relevance is a meaningless and frustrated life.
People have always had it that the significance of life comes from material possessions and sexual pleasures. Some will say, “As long as we can have a good house and a nice car, what then do we need again?” Far from it, the true relevance of life and its essence is found in Christ Jesus, the fountain of life.
SCRIPTURE:
You have made known to me the path of life; You will fill me with joy in Your presence, with eternal pleasures at Your right hand, (Psalm 16:11) BSB
REFRESHING FOR THE DAY:
Life only begins to make sense when it’s lived in full relevance and reference to our Lord Jesus Christ.
Beloved hear this, when a person is not significant and relevant in life, he is a waste of life. We waste our lives if we seek our happiness and our significance without reference to Jesus Christ. Every achievement, we would have in life without Christ in the picture is a waste of life. We are created to reflect the glory of God, the worth of God, the beauty of God.
So, if we don’t find relevance in Christ, if we don’t find our satisfaction in Christ, but, instead, find it in other things that may, in the short run, look very satisfying but it’s not, we have wasted our lives. Stay Lifted!

RESPONSIBILITY:
Seek refuge in Christ Jesus, the true source and essence of life.
PRAYER:
O LORD, give me the grace to be relevance in life, in the name of Jesus’ Amen! (Go ahead and continue to pray)
PROPHETIC WORD:
As you find relevance in Christ, may you find satisfaction in Him, in the name of Jesus, Amen.
