As we continue to study how to empower our mind to become successful in life, we must also reflect on the subject and as a matter of urgency eliminate the barriers that are holding us back in life. We often think that it is people and other things we don’t know are the barriers that are holding us back, but little did we know that we created most of the barriers that are holding us back. Beloved, this may shock you, but it is the truth. So, we better begin to explore those barriers and fish them out of our lives.

SCRIPTURE: But Jesus told him, “Anyone who lets himself be distracted from the work I plan for him is not fit for the Kingdom of God.” (Luke 9:62) TLB

REFRESHING FOR THE DAY: The number one barrier is lack of purpose and proper understanding of your value. If you want to progress and make any headway in life, you must make efforts to gain a clear understanding of your unique value and strengths to be able to know where you belong in the society and plug in yourself there. In Esther 2:17, Queen Esther understood that her beauty was her strength, and she used it to gain access to the king’s palace and eventually reversed a deadly decree against her people (Esther 8:8).

Again, when you understand your true worth in life, you can lead a powerful, purpose-driven life with unstoppable focus and confidence, and achieve even more with less effort. Stay Refreshed!

NOTE THIS: It is the respect, regard and the value you accorded to yourself that people would know you for, so find your real purpose in life.

RESPONSIBILITY: Discover your value, find your true purpose in life and drive through it.
