So, beloved, having studied the various definitions of the subject, it’s wise we look at “who should come to Jesus?” And I tell you that, this message is directed to every individual, regardless of age, background, or circumstance. It encompasses all of humanity and extends to everyone who hears the call of God’s love and grace. No one is exempt from this invitation, as the Bible makes it clear in 1 Timothy 2:3-4; it says,
SCRIPTURE: This is good, and pleases God our Savior, 4who wants all people to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth. (1 Timothy 2:3-4 NIV)
REFRESHING FOR THE DAY: The call to come to Jesus while there’s time is universal and all-encompassing. It reaches out to the hearts of people from all walks of life, inviting them to experience the love, grace, and salvation found in Jesus Christ. It does not matter who you are, what you have done, or where you come from—Jesus’ invitation is open to all. Responding to this call involves accepting Jesus as Lord and Savior, surrendering our lives to Him, and experiencing the transformation of our hearts and souls through His redeeming love. RESPONSIBILITY: So, may we all ask God for the grace to respond to the call to come to Jesus while there’s time, finding hope, peace, and eternal life in Him.
PRAYER: O Lord, give me the grace to respond to You as you call, and cause me to find peace and eternal life in You, in the name of Jesus’ Amen!
PROPHETIC WORD: As you come to Jesus, may you find fulfillment in Him, in the name of Jesus’ Amen!
