WHEN GOD IS YOUR SOURCE
TIMES OF REFRESHING ONLINE DAILY DEVOTIONAL www.thefountspring.org
DATE: WEDNESDAY, 10 NOVEMBER 2021
Life has a way of mutilating and rubbishing our efforts, making it feel like the more we try to make impact the less result we achieve, and if we’re not very careful we will miss it. So, it is the upshot when people make the economy their source. But when God is our source, we’re connected to a supply line that will never run dry (Ps 1:3).
SCRIPTURE: They will not be disgraced in hard times; even in famine they will have more than enough. (Psalm 37:19) NLT
REFRESHING FOR THE DAY: Beloved, the best thing that would ever happen to you is when you make God your source. When God is your source, what others struggle to get, comes to you effortlessly. When men are cast down, you will be experiencing supernatural upliftment (Job 22:29). In famine and hard times, you will not be disgraced, He will redeem you from death, and in battle He will deliver you from the stroke of the sword (Job 5:20). You will have more than enough.
But then, are you aware of these facts? Don’t just go on living on autopilot, don’t let life play and you watch it, whatever it brings you take. No, you’ve got to make it happen. Live with the consciousness that God is your source and whatever you touch will prosper and succeed (Josh 1:8). Stay Lifted!
NOTE THIS: When God is your source, you’re connected to a supply line that will never dry.
RESPONSIBILITY: Refuse to live apologetically to life situations, and begin to live with every consciousness that God is your source.
PRAYER: O LORD, You’re my source. Connect I and my family to that supply that will never run dry, in the name of Jesus’ Amen! (Go ahead and continue to pray)
PROPHETIC WORD: May God redeems you from death, deliver you from the stroke of the enemies’ sword and give you more than enough, in the name of Jesus’ Amen!
