Have you ever wondered why certain things you ought to have done and achieved in life is impossible, even when you have done virtually everything you needed to do, yet they remained unattainable? And you are about losing your cool. The reason is that everything in life has prevailing keys and principles that would unravel it, and until the right key is accessed and applied, its development is continually hindered. But as this series run through, we shall, by the spirit of revelation and by the mercies of God, be studying mysteries and secrets of getting things done.
SCRIPTURE: Listen to what you are taught. Be wise; do not neglect it. (Proverbs 8:33) GNT
REFRESHING FOR THE DAY: Beloved, the truth is, there is a natural force that militates against the development and progress of life. So, it takes an extraordinary influence to pull through it. For instance, the need for an aircraft to move swiftly in the air, the aircraft has to produce an aerodynamic force to gravitate against the forces of the wind. However, should such forces not have emitted, the aircraft would remain grounded. Such is applicable to human beings in life, and so, for a person to live and develop in the next phases of life, he must underscore the application of certain tenets and principles.
Firstly, he needs to understand the nature of the circumstance he wants to overcome, before making demands for the right key to prevail over it. As seen in Matthew 17: 14-23, the disciples of Jesus encountered a boy with a demon. But they took the wrong approach and couldn’t drive the demon away. So, Jesus taught and showed them the right key. He said to them, “This kind can’t go away except by prayer and fasting”. This strongly implies that every problem we encounter in life has a prevailing key and secrets to its breakthrough. We continue tomorrow, but then stay refreshed!

RESPONSIBILITY: So, when you encounter one, identify its nature, make demands for the right key, harness and shut it off.
PRAYER: O LORD, reveal to me the secrets to my challenges in life, and teach me what to do to defeat them, in the name of Jesus’ Amen! (Go ahead and continue to pray)
PROPHETIC WORD: Every challenge raising its ugly head in your life and family is defeated NOW, in the name of Jesus’ Amen!
