THE PROMISE OF THE MESSIAH (2)
Times Of Refreshing Daily Devotional
Date: Thursday, 12 December 2024
Focus: The Sign of Emmanuel
Centuries before Jesus’ birth, Isaiah prophesied about a miraculous sign: a virgin would conceive and give birth to a son, called Emmanuel, which means “God with us.” This prophecy reveals God’s desire to dwell with His people and bring salvation through His Son. Emmanuel is not just a name; it’s a promise that God is always present with us, even in our darkest moments. Advent invites us to embrace the joy and hope of His presence.
Scripture Reading:
Isaiah 7:14 – “Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign: The virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and will call him Immanuel.”
Refreshing for the Day:
Take time today to reflect on the truth that God is with you. Thank Him for fulfilling His promise through Jesus, and invite His presence into every area of your life. Stay Refreshed!
Note This:

Responsibility:
