In Christ alone is enduring hope found. For in Him, we can find rest for our weary souls. He is the well that never runs dry and no matter how much we draw from Him, He flows endlessly. The best part of our hope in Christ is that He extends an invitation to all who have come to the end of the road. To all who have exhausted their strength and have reached a point of hopelessness, He calls us to come and drink of Him.
SCRIPTURE: “Then Jesus said, “Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. — Matthew 11:28 (NLT)
REFRESHING FOR THE DAY: Beloved, a life lived without a response to this call of Christ, is a life lived without hope. Our hope in Christ is not just of things that perish, but also of things with eternal value. We hope in Christ that in this life He is our source and sustainer, we also hope in Christ that at the end our journey, through Him, we enter into eternal rest with the Father. Stay Refreshed!
NOTE THIS: Remember beloved, that our hope in Christ transcends the things of this world, It is a hope of eternity.
RESPONSIBILITY: If you have come to the end of the road, Jesus’s hands are stretched out to you. Reach out today and take hold of this hope that He freely offers.
PRAYER: Merciful Father, we praise You for the enduring hope we have in Christ, which empowers us to face adversity with courage and perseverance. In moments of weakness and doubt, strengthen our faith in His promises and presence. In the name of Jesus, we pray, Amen!
PROPHETIC WORD: May the Lord help us to lean on Him for strength and to find comfort in His unfailing love. In the name of Jesus, Amen!
