So, another great benefit in surrendering to God’s divine plan is that it fosters and deepens our intimacy with God. Yes, it’s true. As we surrender and draw nearer to God, yielding our desires and plans to His plans, we open ourselves to a more profound connection with Him.

SCRIPTURE: “In Him we were also chosen, having been predestined according to the plan of Him who works out everything in conformity with the purpose of His will, in order that we, who were the first to put our hope in Christ, might be for the praise of His glory.” — Ephesians 1:11-12 (NIV)

REFRESHING FOR THE DAY: Surrendering is a transformative process that molds us into the image of Christ. It involves yielding to the Holy Spirit’s work within us, allowing Him to shape our character, attitudes, and actions to reflect the love and grace of Jesus. Stay Refreshed!

NOTE THIS: Surrendering to God’s plan results in a life marked by joy and fulfillment. It’s a joy that surpasses circumstances because it is anchored in the unchanging love and purpose found in Christ.

RESPONSIBILITY: So, as we surrender, we discover that true joy is not dependent on external conditions but on our relationship with the Savior.

PRAYER: Oh, LORD, thank You for Your Word. Give us the grace to always surrender to Your plan and purpose for us and cause us to share in the gains therein. In Jesus’ name, we pray, Amen!
