Consequently, beloved, having understood what it means to surrender to God’s divine plan and ways we can sincerely surrender, now let us explore the benefits in surrendering to God’s plan. Surrendering to God’s plan is a profound journey of self-discovery. Yes, this is true. It is not a loss of identity, but rather an unveiling of our true identity in Christ. You see, we live in a world that often encourages self-reliance and independence, and the concept of surrender may seem the opposite, but in reality, it leads to a profound revelation of who we are meant to be.
SCRIPTURE: “I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, Who loved me and gave Himself for me.” — Galatians 2:20 (NIV)
REFRESHING FOR THE DAY: Surrendering to God’s plan means recognizing that our identity is not solely defined by our achievements, roles, or societal expectations.
