So, beloved, as you surrender the past, embrace transition. Let gratitude be the song that accompanies you into the new year. Gratitude is a transformative force that turns our focus from what we lack to the abundance of blessings around us. Transition is the space where growth happens, where resilience is forged, and where God’s purpose unfolds.

SCRIPTURE: “… But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead…” – Philippians 3:13-14 (NIV)

REFRESHING FOR THE DAY: In times of transition, trusting God’s promises is the key. It is easy to be gripped by fear of the unknown. But remember the words of Isaiah: “See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?” God’s promises are like streams in the wilderness and paths in the wasteland. Always trust that He is making a way, even when the path seems unclear. Stay Refreshed!

NOTE THIS: Embracing transition demands courage. It is the courage to let go, the courage to step into the unknown, and the courage to trust that God’s plan is better than our own.

RESPONSIBILITY: So, let us ask God for the grace to be courageous as we step into the new year.

PRAYER: Dear Heavenly Father, as we step into the unknown of the coming year, may the journey be marked by faith, courage, and an unwavering trust in You, in the name of Jesus’ Amen!

PROPHETIC WORD: As you step into the new year, may you walk confidently, knowing that the One who establishes your steps is faithful, and His love will be your guiding light through all the days to come, in the name of Jesus’ Amen!
