So, beloved, starting your day with Jesus is not just about following a spiritual ceremony; it’s about building a meaningful relationship with Him. When you intentionally set aside time each morning to focus on Jesus, you invite His presence into your life. Therefore, here are some practical steps to help you start your day with Jesus. Number one is “Quiet Time. Begin with a moment of silence, allowing yourself to be still in the presence of God. This quietness helps you center your mind and heart, creating a space where you can hear the voice of God. Number two is “Worship”. Engage in worship, whether through singing, listening to worship music, or simply praising God for who He is. Worship brings your heart into a posture of reverence and adoration, setting a joyful tone for the day.
SCRIPTURE: “You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.” — Jeremiah 29:13 (NIV)
REFRESHING FOR THE DAY: Number three is “Prayer and Scripture Reading”. Read a passage from the Bible that speaks to you. Let the Word of God be the first voice you hear. Reflect on its meaning and how it applies to your life. For instance, meditating on Matthew 6:33 reminds you to prioritize God’s kingdom and righteousness. Then spend time in prayer, sharing your thoughts, hopes, and concerns with Jesus. Ask for His guidance, strength, and wisdom for the day ahead. Remember to listen, as prayer is a two-way conversation. This dialogue with Jesus deepens your connection with Him, making you more attuned to His will. Stay Refreshed!

PRAYER: Heavenly Father, thank You for the gift of this new day. As I start my day, I seek Your presence and guidance. Help me to keep my focus on You, seeking Your kingdom and righteousness above all else. Fill me with Your Spirit, and let Your love and grace flow through me. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
