RISING ABOVE LIMITATIONS IN LIFE
TIMES OF REFRESHING ONLINE DAILY DEVOTIONAL www.thefountspring.org
DATE: WEDNESDAY, 22 FEBRUARY 2023
Beloved, I want to share with you today about “Rising above limitations in your life”. We all face situations that we don’t like, things that makes us uncomfortable. We put our best foot forward, dotting our i’s and crossing our t’s, yet things are not getting better. It’s easy to get angry and frustrated. But then, experience has shown that we can’t pray away every difficulty. And some of the things that makes us unhappy are there to prepare us for the next level in life. So, it won’t be out of place to say that God uses difficulties to do a work in us. That’s why the Bible says in Isaiah 64:8,
SCRIPTURE: But now, O LORD, you are our Father; we are the clay, and you are our potter; we are all the work of your hand. (Isaiah 64:8 ESV)
REFRESHING FOR THE DAY: So, in the light of this fact, I tell you again that nothing randomly happens. You see, every situation that makes you sour, every person that irritates you, even that delay you see in your life, they’re all an opportunity for you to come up higher. So, don’t let them steal away your joy, nor make you miserable. But see the light in them and let it shine through you. And pay attention to what God is saying and learn from it. Stay Refreshed!
NOTE THIS: When you go through disappointment and an unfair situation, instead of being discouraged, celebrate it for you’re in the last lap of your next higher level in life.
RESPONSIBILITY: So, beloved, make no mistake at all about this matter, your joy is so precious, don’t let anything take it away from you.
PRAYER: Oh Lord, thank You for Your Word today. Give me the grace to rise higher above every limitation in my life, in Jesus’s name, Amen!
PROPHETIC WORD: May the show you mercy and cause you to rise into your next level of freedom and abundance, in Jesus’ name, Amen.
BIBLE TEXTS: Isaiah 64:8
