REMAINING IN CHRIST: A KEY TO FRUITFULNESS

One of the greatest yearning and desire of every human being is to be fruitful (successful). Fruitfulness is a command that God gave to man traced to Genesis 1:28. To be fruitful is to be highly successful, favored having excellent results and being an achiever. Your consistent and unwavering remaining in Christ guarantees your fruitfulness in life. My prayer is that God will give you the grace to remain fervent in Him, in order to achieve unmatched fruitfulness in life.
SCRIPTURE:
“I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing”, (John 15:5) NIV
REFRESHING FOR THE DAY:
Every major manifestation in life is a product of continuous remaining in Christ.
What does it mean to remain in Christ? Remaining Christ means;
1. Believing that He is the Son of God, and accepting Him as Lord and Savior, (1 John 4:15, John 1:12).
2. Be obedient to His instructions, and continue to believe in His Word, (1 John 3:24, 1 John 2:24).
3. Relating in love to others and the community of believers, (John 15:12).
Our anchor scripture demonstrates the fact that the only way to live a truly good life and experience all round fruitfulness, is to stay close to Christ, like a branch attached to the vine. And apart from Christ our efforts are unfruitful. There is this sound and sweet nourishment that one derives from remaining in Christ, (John 15:7).
So, beloved, are you receiving this nourishment and life offered by Christ, the Vine? If not, you are missing a special gift, he has for you. Stay Refreshed!
NOTE THIS:
Every major manifestation in life is a product of continuous remaining in Christ.
RESPONSIBILITY:
Make a conscious and sincere effort to remain constantly in Christ all the days of your life.
PRAYER:
O LORD, give me the grace to always remain in You, in the name of Jesus’ Amen! (Go ahead and continue to pray)
PROPHETIC WORD:
As you persist to remain in Christ, may He bless you and yours and cause you to be fruitful in life, in the name of Jesus, Amen.
