Focus: Light in the Darkness
Message: Without Christ, life is devoid of true peace, purpose, and hope. He is the anchor that brings order to the chaos and light to the darkness.
The world without Christ is like a dark room with no source of light. It is filled with confusion, despair, and fear. Jesus came as the Light of the World, shining into the darkness and exposing the lies of the enemy. Without His light, we stumble, unsure of the way forward. But with Christ, we can walk confidently, knowing His light guides and protects us.
When you allow Christ to shine in your life, He dispels the darkness and illuminates the path of truth and righteousness. His light doesn’t just expose the way—it also transforms you into a light for others. As we reflect His glory, we carry His hope and truth into a dark and hurting world.
Scripture Reading:
John 8:12 – “When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, ‘I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.'”
Refreshing for the Day:
So, beloved, reflect on areas in your life where darkness still lingers—whether it’s confusion, fear, or sin. Ask Christ to shine His light in those areas and to help you walk in His truth.
Note This:
Jesus is the light that dispels darkness, guiding us into truth and making us lights for others.

Prayer:
O Lord, thank You for being the light of my life. Shine in every dark place within me and help me to reflect Your light to those around me. In Jesus’ name, Amen!

I declare that the light of Christ shines in me, dispelling all darkness and guiding me into His truth. In Jesus’ name, Amen!
