INTIMACY WITH GOD: A KEY TO LIVING OUT YOUR DESTINY

Yesterday, we saw what it means for one to live out his destiny in life. Now, let us look at intimacy with God as one of the keys necessary to living out your destiny.
Intimacy with God is having a restored and close relationship with God. It is having a complete communion and absolute oneness with God, and partnership with Him in His kingdom work and mission.
SCRIPTURE:
Come close to God, and God will come close to you. Wash your hands, you sinners; purify your hearts, for your loyalty is divided between God and the world. (James 4:8) NLT
REFRESHING FOR THE DAY:
The closer you get to God, the clearer your destiny becomes.
Intimacy with God is required for us to live out of our destinies on earth. A man who has a quality closeness with God will never miss it in life and destiny. Our God is faithful, He is still in the business of fulfilling destiny, and He has given us what it takes to live it out. All you need is follow His instructions and you will fulfil your destiny.
HOW DOES INTIMACY WITH GOD HELPS US TO LIVE OUT OUR DESTINY?
In intimacy with God;
1. We commune with God, the manufacturer and the owner of our lives and destinies. He will show us the master map-plan to direct our paths to live out our destinies.
2. We receive revelations and insights on how to navigate through obstacles and difficulties we may encounter in life and destiny.
3. We receive and renew our strength from God to enable us wax strong in life.
NOTE THIS:
The closer you get to God, the clearer your destiny becomes.
RESPONSIBILITY:
Seek to have a constant and quality time alone with God.
PRAYER:
O LORD, draw me close to you, help me to seek and know you more in my life, in Jesus’ name Amen! (Go ahead and continue to pray)
PROPHETIC WORD:
May God cause His face to shine upon you, even as you seek more of Him, in the name of Jesus, Amen.
