When we think that God is too slow in answering our prayers, we also need to consider if we have the right faith that would pull out results. The most powerful instrument for accessing undiluted results and great possibilities from God is our unshakable faith and believe in the power of God. Faith and believe are building blocks to opening and retrieving God’s blessings.

SCRIPTURE: Jesus said to him, “If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes.” (Mark 9:23) NKJV

REFRESHING FOR THE DAY: Beloved, with persistent faith in God, there will be no hurdle in life that will constitute a permanent barrier to our progress. Recall the account of the two blind men in (Matthew 9: 27-30); they were following Jesus along shouting, “Son of David, have mercy on us!” But Jesus didn’t answer them. They followed Jesus right inside where He was staying, and Jesus asked them, “Do you believe I can make you see?” they answered Him, “Yes, Lord, we do” Then Jesus touched their eyes and said, “Because of your faith, it will happen.” Then their eyes were opened, and they could see.

Did you note that Jesus didn’t respond immediately to their pleas? He waited to see if they had faith. So, when you think that God is too slow in answering your prayers, consider that He might be testing you as He did to these blind men. These blind men were persistent. They believe Jesus could heal them, and they would let nothing stop them following Him. That’s the real faith in action. If only you can believe that Jesus is the answer to your very need, then call upon Him, don’t let anything or anyone stop you from reaching out to Him. Stay Lifted!

NOTE THIS: With persistent faith in God, there will be no hurdle in life that will constitute a permanent barrier to our progress. 

RESPONSIBILITY: Believe in Jesus, and always have faith in His ability and readiness to save you.

PRAYER: O LORD, I’m sorry for the times I didn’t believe in You. Give me the grace to believe more in You, in the name of Jesus’ Amen! (Go ahead and continue to pray)

PROPHETIC WORD: As you believe in God, may He answer your prayers and grant you all your heart desires, in the name of Jesus’ Amen!
