DATE: TUESDAY, 18 JANUARY 2022
Someone once asked, “Now I know that God has a plan me, how then can I discover His plan for my life?” Beloved, it may shock you to know that too many people have lived and died without discovering God’s plan and purpose for their life. While too many others are still living in confusion about this matter. So, this brings us to study on how to discover God’s plan for your life.
SCRIPTURE: Your eyes saw my unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be. (Psalm 139:16) NIV
REFRESHING FOR THE DAY: The introductory aspect of knowing God’s plan for your life is spending time in His presence. Spend time with God, being in prayer, soaking yourself in a deep and an intense worship. Taking out time each day to devoting to the Word. As you study the Word, ask Him to reveal to you the plans He has for your life. But you may say, “these are the things I have been doing all these whiles, and yet I’ve still not discovered anything”.
But again, this time do it with great understanding. Plug-in your eyes to the eyes of God, knowing that He saw your unformed body, fuse-in yourself unto Him, open up yourself to His Spirit, ask Him to show you things written about you in His book, and take a second and let that sink in… In this realm, don’t be too eager to leave, tarry on as long as He speaks on. Nevertheless, this should never be a one time experience, you need to make it a habit. Stay refreshed!
NOTE THIS: Spending time with God in prayer, and studying the Word is key to discovering your purpose.
RESPONSIBILITY: Reflect and meditate deeply on the words of Psalm 139:16, and pray intensely with it.
PRAYER: O LORD, help me to discover Your plan for my life, and give me the grace to follow them, in the name of Jesus’ Amen! (Go ahead and continue to pray)
PROPHETIC WORD: May God help you to discover His plans for your life and give you the grace to always follow them, in the name of Jesus’ Amen!
