So, beloved, there are days when we feel on top of the world, and other days when we struggle to get out of bed. But in the midst of these fluctuations, God calls us to a deeper, more steadfast faith—one that seeks Him consistently, regardless of how we feel. In those challenging moments, when your emotions threaten to pull you down, remember this: God is with you, always.
SCRIPTURE: “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight.” – Proverbs 3:5-6 (NIV)
REFRESHING FOR THE DAY: So, what do you do in such situations? You don’t stop moving forward. You don’t give up on God. Don’t let your feelings dictate your faith. Push beyond the emotions. Trust in God’s unchanging love and unwavering promises. Even when it’s hard, especially when it’s hard, keep seeking Him. Let your faith be an anchor, holding you steady through every storm. With God by your side, you can rise above any challenge. Embrace His strength, find peace in His presence, and keep moving forward. God’s grace will carry you through. Stay Refreshed!
NOTE THIS: When the road is rough and doubts assail, press on in seeking God. In the seeking, you’ll find strength and solace beyond measure.
RESPONSIBILITY: So, rise above your challenges and go beyond them. Seek God despite your emotions.
PRAYER: Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for creating us with emotions that allow us to experience the depth and beauty of life. Help us to remember that You are constant, even when our feelings are not. Teach us to root ourselves in Your Word and to seek You diligently in prayer, regardless of our emotional state. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
PROPHETIC WORD: May the Lord help our lives, remind us of His past faithfulness, and give us the strength to act in faith rather than being swayed by our feelings. In the name of Jesus, Amen!
