One sure key insight we must seek to understand to help us embrace the fact that every setback is a setup for a comeback is prayer and patience. You see, beloved, in times of setback, we turn to prayer and patiently wait on the Lord. We consistently seek His guidance and wisdom. Knowing that God’s timing is perfect, and He knows the right moment for our comeback to arrive.
SCRIPTURE: “Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.” – Philippians 4:6 (ESV)
REFRESHING FOR THE DAY: Again, while we pray and wait on God, we also need to be hopeful. Seek encouragement in the stories of those who have experienced remarkable comebacks. The Bible is filled with examples of individuals who faced adversity but ultimately triumphed through God’s grace and power. We must seek out to learn from them. Stay Refreshed!

RESPONSIBILITY: So, in our challenges and trying times, let us not forsake the place of prayer.
PRAYER: Oh GOD, give us the grace to be hopeful and prayerful in our trying times, in the name of Jesus’ Amen!
PROPHETIC WORD: As we prayer and hope in God, may we receive the grace to overcome every setback in our lives, in the name of Jesus’ Amen!
