So, beloved, when you release your burdens to Jesus, He often turns them into blessings. Yes, it is true. Think of this: in heaven’s economy, you give God your troubles, and He gives you His blessings. The exchange rate is always in your favor when you drop your burdens at Jesus’ feet.

SCRIPTURE: “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” — Matthew 11:28-30 (NIV)

REFRESHING FOR THE DAY: Again, every time you let go of a burden, your faith gets a boost. Trusting Jesus with your problems strengthens your relationship with Him and builds a deeper reliance on His provision. So, what burdens are you carrying today that you need to drop at the feet of Jesus? What steps can you take today to practice surrender and find rest in Jesus? Take a moment today to write down your biggest worries and fears. Then, in a symbolic act, place that paper at the foot of a cross or in your Bible, praying and trusting that Jesus will take care of them. Stay Refreshed!

NOTE THIS: Jesus’ invitation to come to Him is always open. There are no office hours, no appointments needed. Whenever you’re burdened, He’s ready to listen and to carry your load.

RESPONSIBILITY: Dropping your burdens at the feet of Jesus is not a one-time act but a daily practice. Each time you feel overwhelmed, return to Him, and experience the peace and rest He promises.

PRAYER: Heavenly Father, we come before You today with hearts burdened by the cares of this world. We thank You for the invitation to lay our burdens at the feet of Jesus. Teach us to walk in faith, knowing that You are in control. We surrender our fears, anxieties, and challenges to You, believing that Your love and grace are sufficient for us. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

 PROPHETIC WORD: May you find comfort and rest as you drop your burdens at the feet of Jesus, trusting in His unfailing love and care. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
