The worst thing that would happen to any person in life is to be toiling at the wrong place. Simply because you have started doing something, you have been on it for so long, and it’s obvious it’s not working. So, God being so kind to you, and by His mercies you have found you may have been following the wrong plan for your life; beloved you don’t have to keep on dwelling there trying to fix things. Make a change, turn around and find the right path and plan for you and follow it.
SCRIPTURE: The LORD says, “I will guide you along the best pathway for your life. I will advise you and watch over you”. (Psalm 32:8) NLT
REFRESHING FOR THE DAY: Don’t be too shy to continue losing, make bold to start anew. No matter how wonderful and hardworking you’re doing the right thing at the wrong place, it may never produce a desired result. But rather it can only give you the psychological consolation that you are doing something, but in the real sense, you’re not making any meaningful impact.
The essence of the study on discovering God’s plan for our life and following it is to create a change, craft a strategy to make a lasting impact on our life, and give us direction of purpose. So, it is wise, we make appropriate application of the subject. Laboring at the wrong place does not produce results nor satisfaction. So, be informed and always stay refreshed!
NOTE THIS: No matter how wonderful and hardworking you’re doing the right thing at the wrong place, it may never produce a desired result.
RESPONSIBILITY: Dwelling on the wrong pursuit doesn’t pay. If you have discovered your true place to be, swiftly go there and start again. For it’s better to be at the right place doing the right thing than doing otherwise.
PRAYER: O LORD, thank you for revealing to me Your plans for my life. Help me to follow them, in the name of Jesus’ Amen! (Go ahead and continue to pray)
