Focus: Pressing On with Endurance
Message: A new year is a fresh opportunity to commit wholeheartedly to God’s call and purpose for our lives. Just as Paul pressed on toward the goal, we too must run with perseverance, surrendering to God’s will and embracing the journey He has set before us.
Key Verse: Philippians 3:14 – “I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.”
Fulfilling God’s call is a lifelong journey that requires endurance and faithfulness. Paul reminds us in Philippians 3:14 to press on toward the goal. The journey will have challenges—there will be moments of weariness, doubts, and trials—but the reward is eternal.
Many start strong but struggle to finish well. We must run with endurance, keeping our eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith. This year, let your commitment be unwavering. When obstacles arise, lean into God’s strength, stay faithful in prayer, and surround yourself with believers who will encourage and strengthen your faith.
Scripture Reading:
Hebrews 12:1 – “Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us.”
Refreshing for the Day:
So, beloved, ask the Holy Spirit for renewed strength to run this race with perseverance. Take time to reflect on the long-term vision of your calling and commit to faithfulness in the small, everyday steps. Stay Refreshed!

The race of faith is not about speed but endurance. Keep pressing forward, trusting God every step of the way.
