So, beloved, having seen and understood what it means to cling to Christ: our ultimate solution, now let us explore the blessings and God’s promises to those who abide in Him. When we cling to Christ, profound transformations occur in our lives. Yes, it’s so true. We undergo a transformative process that reshapes every aspect of our lives. This transformation is not merely superficial but penetrates deep into the core of our being, renewing our minds, hearts, and spirits. Any wonder, the apostle Paul declared,
SCRIPTURE: “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!” – 2 Corinthians 5:17 (NIV)
REFRESHING FOR THE DAY: As we cling to Christ, our mind is renewed. Our thought patterns, perspectives, and attitudes are genuinely renewed and regenerated, aligning with God’s truth and wisdom. We would not conform to the pattern of this world anymore but be transformed by the renewing of our minds. And be able to test and approve what God’s will is—His good, pleasing, and perfect will. (Romans 12:2) Stay Refreshed!
NOTE THIS: Clinging to Christ results in a life of fruitfulness, bearing witness to His transforming power and bringing glory to the Father in all we do.
RESPONSIBILITY: So dearly beloved, let us ask God to help our lives and give us the grace to cling to Christ.
PRAYER: Oh LORD JESUS, help us to cling to You with all our hearts, and make us a new creation. In Jesus’ name, we pray, Amen!
