Another wrong mindset we keep that could cause us a lot unless we make it right is the misery of bitterness and unforgiveness. These are like a wicked termite that destroys a person’s destiny and plunged him into a perpetual stagnation and a lifelong agony if they remained unchecked. You may pray and pray and yet you’re far away from experiencing God’s promises in your life. So, today God is speaking to our hearts that we need to forgive the people who had hurt us, and purge our heart of every form of bitterness.
SCRIPTURE: If I regard wickedness in my heart, The Lord will not hear; (Psalm 66:18 NASB)
REFRESHING FOR THE DAY: One of the consequences of this anemia is the obvious manifestation of delay and disappointments in the person’s life. Everything will look normal to him, but in the real sense, nothing is working. He is so fast to achieve the least, but he is denied of the most important thing in his life. So, beloved, as a matter of importance, we must consciously seek to keep away from our lives every form of bitterness, and unforgiveness and ask God for the grace to overcome them. Stay Refreshed!
NOTE THIS: Nothing corrupts and decays life like wickedness, bitterness and unforgiveness; so, do not open your heart to them.
RESPONSIBILITY: Be intentional to always keep them away from your life.
PRAYER: O LORD, cleanse my heart from wickedness, envy, jealousy, and bitterness, and give me the grace to forgive those that hurt me, in the name of Jesus’ Amen! (Go ahead and pray for other intentions as the Spirit leads)
PROPHETIC WORD: Receive the grace NOW, in the name of Jesus’ Amen!
