BE CONFIDENT IN GOD (2)

Yet again, the reason we are so burdened in life is because we think we can do things on and by our own strength. We feel driven to prove our worth through hard work and maintain a certain degree of influence in the society. We continually strive to impress people so we could get what we want, to some large extent we could depend on the approval of some kingpins in the society before certain benefits are accorded to us. But at the end, we feel miserable, frustrated, and disappointed.
SCRIPTURE: … We rely on what Christ Jesus has done for us. We put no confidence in human effort, (Philippians 3:3 NLT)
REFRESHING FOR THE DAY: But when we have our confidence in God, we sustain grace and undeniable power to succeed in life. God infuses in us His inner strength and confident peace to achieve all things through Christ who strengthens us (Phil 4:13). We don’t need the approval of men to stand out, for Christ will continually shine on us (Eph 5:14). Stay Refreshed!
NOTE THIS: When you have your confidence in God, He will give you the ability to do whatever you need to do in life.
RESPONSIBILITY: So beloved, I encourage you, grow your confidence the more in God.
PRAYER: O LORD, give me the grace to grow my confidence in You, in the name of Jesus’ Amen! (Go ahead and continue to pray)
PROPHETIC WORD: As you grow your confidence in God, may Christ continually shine on you and yours, in the name of Jesus’ Amen!
