BE CONFIDENT IN GOD

Beloved, today I will share with you another important matter of life. We grow to know the assertion, “Be Confident in yourself”, but little did we know that as human, we have flaws, we are limited to what we can do for ourselves. So, it is important we know it aright, that our confidence should be in God, not in any man nor in who we are. And the Bible says,

SCRIPTURE: For we who worship by the Spirit of God are the ones who are truly circumcised. We rely on what Christ Jesus has done for us. We put no confidence in human effort, (Philippians 3:3 NLT)

REFRESHING FOR THE DAY: Confidence, they say is a belief that you can do a thing. I don’t have a problem with the definition, but I believe in your confident let it be in God. Having confidence in God means you put your faith in God, trusting that He has prepared you to do what you need to do in life. This means our confidence shouldn’t come from what we can do in our own effort, our profession or who we know. Our confidence is in Christ Jesus.

The truth is, we are valuable and able to accomplish great things in this life because of what Christ has done for us, not anything we can do in and of ourselves (Eph 2:8-9). Stay Refreshed!

NOTE THIS: Having confidence in God means you put your faith in God, trusting that He has prepared you to do what you need to do in life.

RESPONSIBILITY: So, grow your confidence in God.

PRAYER: O LORD, give me the grace to grow my confidence in You, in the name of Jesus’ Amen! (Go ahead and continue to pray)

PROPHETIC WORD: And may God bless you and manifest all your efforts, in the name of Jesus’ Amen!
