So, beloved, as we journey through the advent season, anticipating the arrival of our Lord and Master Jesus, the King of kings; let’s explore how this expectation extends beyond the nativity scene and transcends in the depths of our hearts. Advent represents the promise of hope. And in our own lives, we wait for various things – healing, breakthroughs, and answers to prayer. In the same attitude of hope, let’s embrace a spirit of joyful expectation that’s rooted in the promises of God in Jeremiah 29:11, it says.
SCRIPTURE: “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.” – Jeremiah 29:11 (ESV)
REFRESHING FOR THE DAY: This promise of hope extends beyond present circumstances. It is a declaration that God’s plans for us transcend the challenges of today. As we await the fulfillment of our prayers and dreams, let’s fix our gaze on the hope of a future shaped by God. Stay Refreshed!
